28 * April 5th – April 17th

George Mole fue a recoger a su hijo, por el camino no hablaron de nada. Adrian imaginaba que habría mucha gente esperando en su casa para verle de nuevo, pero sólo estaba su madre y su abuela.

Adrian se metió en la cama y no salió en 10 días. Sus padres se sentían muy culpables y no sabían qué hacer para que saliera de la cama. Su hermanita Rosie intentaba jugar con él y recibió visitas de Bert, Barry y su abuela. Pero Adrian sequía estando triste.

El doctor Donaldson era psicólogo y dijo que Adrian estaba sufriendo una depresión. Adrian le contaba sus problemas y juntos buscaban soluciones:
- Si no aprobaba sus exámenes este año, podría repetirlos al año siguiente.
- Sus padres estaban muy ocupados con Rosie, pero eso no significaba que sus padres no le quisieran.
- Adrian no era un chico feo; era un chico normal.
- El problema de la paternidad de Rosie no era su problema.
- Adrian escribió una carta ofensiva al director del instituto. El doctor Donaldson le mandaría otra carta explicando lo sucedido.
- Pandora entraría en la categoría de “problemas que no se pueden solucionar”.

Adrian consiguió salir de la cama. Ahora se pasaba los días en el sofá viendo la tele.

George Mole took his son and in the way to home they didn’t speak anything. Adrian thought that there would be many people waiting for him, but just his mother and his grandmother.

Adrian went to bed and he was there for 10 days. Mr and Mrs Mole were full of guilt and they didn’t know what to do. His sister Rosie tried to play with him and he was visited by Bert, Barry and his grandmother. But Adrian was sad.

Dr Donaldson was a psychologist and he said that Adrian was suffering from depression. Adrian talked about his problems and they looked for solutions:
- If he didn’t pass his exams, he could take them the following year.
- His parents were very busy with Rosie, but it didn’t mean that they didn’t love him.
- Adrian wans’t an ugly boy, just an ordinal boy.
- Rosie’s paternity problems weren’t his problems.
- Adrian wrote an offensive letter to the headmaster before he left home. Dr Donaldson would write a letter to him explained Adrian’s situation.
- Pandora was in the category of insoluble problems.

Adrian got to go out from the bed but now he was sitting on the sofa and watching the TV.

- How long was Adrian in bed and why did he finally get up? Adrian went to bet and he didn’t leave it until 10 days. His family and some friends tried to cheer him up but he was depressed. Dr Donaldson was a psychologist and he listened to Adrian’s problems and they looked for solutions.
